Hello I’m Michelle.
Welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.
Kundalini Global Yoga has been a path of healing and reconnection for me, and I’m so honored to share it with others. The class is a blend of spiritual and physical practice, incorporates movement, breathing techniques and meditation. The goal is to build physical vitality, and awareness of self. It differs from most yoga as this process can be fast in terms of strengthening the self, the nervous system and holding and visualizing intentions. This is a place for personal change, changing old habits and thought patterns and work towards a better version of ourselves.
I’m not here to teach perfection. I’m here to hold space for you to soften, to breathe, to feel, and to meet yourself exactly as you are. This practice isn’t about how flexible you are or how long you’ve been doing yoga. It’s about presence.
It’s about learning to connect with yourself gently, honestly, and with love.
Within just a few minutes of class, something begins to shift. The nervous system calms. The breath deepens. The noise in the mind starts to fade. We begin to feel grounded, more steady, more spacious, and more ourselves.
I’m a certified 220-hour Kundalini Global instructor, but more than that, I’m a woman who loves life deeply. I live in rhythm with what lights me up:, my incredible husband, my two sweet dogs and the wild, beautiful world outside my door.
I love the birds ,the trees, the way the universe speaks through quiet nudges and signs. I believe in working with life, not against it. That we can shift our inner state and begin to create the reality we want to live in.
I’m endlessly curious about how we can create stillness in both the body and the mind. I love exploring nervous system regulation, deep rest, and what it means to truly slow down and be in the moment, not rushing to the next thing, but cherishing what’s right here.
This practice helps us feel more alive, more connected, and more clear.
And I’m so grateful to offer it.
