Join me as we play with breath, movement and meditation.
Hi, I’m Michelle, founder of Bliss & Flow.
My work is rooted in my own journey of moving through stress, overthinking, and nervous system dysregulation into a more embodied, present, and grounded way of living. What I discovered is that most people aren’t stuck in their life—they’re stuck in their nervous system state.
Bliss & Flow was created to support that shift.
I teach Kundalini Global yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound immersions, and nervous system regulation practices designed to help you release stress, calm anxiety, and move out of survival mode. Through breath, movement, sound, and awareness-based practices, you learn how to regulate your inner system and return to a more balanced, connected state.
All classes are offered online through recorded sessions, so you can practice anytime, anywhere in the world. This is not performance-based yoga—it is a practice of embodiment, regulation, and coming home to yourself.
If you’re ready to feel more calm, clear, and present in your body and life, you’re in the right place.

What This Practice Does for You
Each class is an invitation to reconnect — with your body, your breath, and your inner calm.
Through movement, breathwork, and stillness, we begin to regulate the nervous system, soften the mind, and create space for more ease, clarity, and joy in everyday life.
Regulates Your Nervous System
Your nervous system is the body’s communication network between your brain, emotions, and physical state. It constantly scans your environment for safety or stress and shifts your physiology based on what it perceives.
When your system is in survival mode (often called sympathetic dominance), your body may experience:
-
Increased cortisol (stress hormone)
-
Faster heart rate and shallow breathing
-
Heightened anxiety or reactivity
-
Difficulty relaxing or sleeping
When your system is in a regulated state (parasympathetic activation), your body can shift into:
-
Lower stress hormone levels
-
Slower, deeper breathing
-
Improved emotional balance
-
Better digestion, rest, and recovery
Through practices like breathwork, yoga, meditation, and sound immersion, you are working directly with the autonomic nervous system—the part of your body that controls stress response and relaxation automatically.
Research in neuroscience and polyvagal theory (developed by Dr. Stephen Porges) shows that the body’s sense of safety plays a key role in emotional regulation, connection, and overall wellbeing. When the nervous system feels safe, it becomes more flexible, resilient, and able to return to balance more easily.
This is why breath, movement, and sensory-based practices are so powerful—they don’t just change your thoughts, they directly influence your physiology.
Over time, consistent regulation practices help retrain your nervous system to spend less time in stress and more time in calm, connected states.
Releases Stress & Tension
Nervous system regulation is the foundation of lasting emotional change because your body responds to state, not just thought. Through Kundalini Global yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound immersion, you directly influence your stress response and help your body shift out of survival mode into regulation. As this happens, stress decreases, emotional reactivity softens, and clarity returns. You begin to feel more grounded, calm, and present—not because life changes, but because your internal state does. Over time, your nervous system becomes more flexible, resilient, and able to return to balance, allowing you to experience life from a steadier and more embodied place.
Reconnects You to Joy
Most people are not stuck because of their external life—they are stuck because of their internal state. When you regulate your nervous system, your perception changes, your reactions soften, and life begins to feel more aligned and easeful.
